Cold-half Mould Features

  1.Neck rings designed in two parts to resure the same axial degree of prefroms in moulding;

2.Well-designed water-cooling channels in enhance preform cooling in mould and to guarantee fast cycle time.

3.Mould stacks is made of 2316 stainless mould steel; the steel will be heat treated before tooling finished;

4.Mould plates and other parts of the frame are made of 420 stainless mould steel.

 

Hot-half Mould Features

  1.Hot-runner channels are in balance design;

  2.Main parts of hot-half mould such as heaters, valve-stems are imported from Italy;

  3.PID UPS is applied in temperature control system;

  4.Drops are controed individually and heating zone temperatures are adjustable, AA value from thermal degradation is minimized.
